Hello, my name is Austin. I was born and raised on Oahu in Kaimuki. This will be my last full year here at KCC after which I will transfer to UH Manoa to get my bachelors in Biology. Something I’ve been doing for fun this summer is studying Japanese, and recently I’ve been trying to get into fishing with some of my friends.

Bryan is from Folsom, California. After graduating from UCLA in 2010 with a degree in anthropology, he traveled to South Korea where he taught English for two years. Since then he has worked as a traveling musician and a bartender. In 2019, he decided to return to school to earn an associates degree in natural sciences while also taking prerequisites in preparation for graduate and medical school applications. His hobbies include SCUBA diving, playing guitar, snowboarding, bodyboarding, gaming, and travel. He plans to pursue a career in medicine or medical research and teaching.

I am from Honolulu Hawaii, currently in my senior year at UH Manoa studying for my chemistry major and physics minor. I plan to go to graduate school for aerospace/materials engineering. I enjoy studying with my friends, going to the beach, and drinking tea or coffee. After I finish graduate school, I would like to pursue a career in the aerospace field, and teach undergraduate chemistry and physics classes.

I am studying at KCC this semester and plan on attaining my ASNS degree in the Fall of 2021. I plan on enrolling in UH Manoa to further my studies in engineering. I plan on working for a defense contracting company once I graduate. In my free time I enjoy doing ranch and farm work on the north shore.

Ia Orana ‘outou! My name is Keanu and I am from Tahiti, French Polynesia. I am finishing my ASNS in Biological Sciences at Kapi‘olani Community College. I am transferring to the University of Hawaii at Mānoa for a BSc in Global Environmental Science. I am also in charge of the Ecology Club at KCC.
